Obviously it has been a long time since we have posted anything! Time has flown by and we haven't taken time to update our blog. We have had lots of adventures this July. It has been busy, but fun!

The weekend of the fourth of July was busy! We had fun on Saturday night with Nana "D" and Papa "D" as we celebrated in Willard. We grilled at home and then headed to Willard for the excitement. We had fun at the Willard 4th of July Parade. There was lots of candy flying through the air as we watched the floats, marching bands, and much more! Later that evening, Garrin enjoyed his first big fireworks display at the Willard Park. He enjoyed watching the fireworks as he covered his ears!

On Sunday, it was off to Grammie's and Papa Steve's in Stockton. It was lots of fun as we grilled outside for supper. Then it was down to the lake for a boat ride on "Grammie's Lake". After a short boat ride in the kayaks, Garrin drove Papa Steve's truck back to the house. We had fun setting off a few fireworks. Garrin enjoyed the sparklers the best!

We decided to take two nights and get-a-way to Branson for a few days. We wanted to have some time to relax and enjoy time away before things gear up for school. Garrin had fun showboating on the Showboat Branson Belle. He loved the boat, the food, and the entertainment. It was a lot of fun to cruise around tablerock lake in a huge paddleboat!

Our second day led us to the Branson Scenic Railway. We had fun on a two hour ride from Branson Landing down into Arkansas. Garrin loved seeing the train, high-fiving the conductor, getting his ticket punched, and all the other railway experiences. The scenery was pretty; however, Garrin's favorite part were the two tunnels! It was a fun day aboard the railway!
